Est il possible de jumeler deux parcours pour en faire plus qu'un, par exemple rajouter une partie d'un parcours sur un autre parcours différents?

Not in Garmin Connect. You have to use 3rd party services to do that.

You don't have to join them. On the watch you start the first course and when it ends you just start the next.
