Can anybody PLEASE help me. I have tried calling and emailing Garmin support, and I have tried contacting Fitbit support. They're just not able to help me, but keep asking same questions back and forth or telling me to contact the other. I have tried everything, looked everywhere online for help on this issue but nothing works.
I have exported all my data from fitbit, and I got the files in correct format (CSV) but I keep getting error message when I upload to Garmin. I don't know what else to do, as I have tried everything and followed all instructions and tips I have found online. Maybe some of the advice worked 3 years ago, since this has been a problem for a while, but you would think that they would solved this issue by now. It seems like the issue has been solved for Android, but not iOS, and I have iOS. So anybody, please help? :)
