I just came here to look to see if just me clearly not, worked last Sunday, I tried two IOS devices and a Windows device and different browsers same on all.
Normally this would bring up a file manager window prompting me where to save the .txc or .gpx file. But now absolutely nothing happens. Have cleared cookies and tried on Chrome and Brave on MacBook Air. This has always worked, until, well it doesn't work now. I anyone else experiencing this issue on their web browsers? Have tried with various activities. The activities I'm trying to export are public. I've been doing this for a long time, suddenly it stopped working. The other menu options not circled in red work fine, so the POST/GET are working and it's communicating with the server. It's as if those export activities have been disabled?
I can confirm, wanted to post the same. Tried with Firefox under Windows and. Linux plus Edge on Windows

Same problem on WIndows / Chrome
We all are in the same boat.. Unfortunately, Garmin Connect didn’t sync my entire workout to Strava for the second time this week but only the half of it. Last time I uploaded the .tcx easily. Now there’s no response, neither when trying the other export options. The same here, tried multiple browsers and various attempts, although no luck yet
While Garmin figures this out, you have the option to get the .fit file directly from the device (Garmin/Activities folder)
After a hike today I wanted to Export my activity to GPX as I usually do. Except that today NOTHING happens when I click on Export to GPX. I also tried Export to TCX, Export File and Export to Google Earth, but none of it works! I tried it both in Firefox and Chrome on Mac.
Can someone please explain what's going on here? I'm really annoyed.
I just got finished with a chat session with Garmin Product Support:
Session started between Garmin Support and seilogramp
seilogramp: In Garmin Connect Web, as of this morning, I am unable to use the activity export function for any type of activity, nor for any download type. Cannot "Export File," Export to GPX," nor "Export to TCX."
Garmin Support: Hello, I am happy to help.
Garmin Support: What exactly happens when you try to use these options?
seilogramp: Nothing happens, no error message or anything. I've tried in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. Also cleared cache and history.
Garmin Support: Could you send a photo of this to: Sending a File, Folder, Photo or Video to Garmin Product Support?
seilogramp: Done. Sent a screen shot with the non-working export services circled as well as a video.
Garmin Support: Thank you let me look
Garmin Support: Gotcha but clicking gets no response?
Garmin Support: Let me check something with our team
Garmin Support: So this is an issue our team is looking into
Garmin Support: Right now we do not have a solution
seilogramp: As long as the Garmin team is aware and working on it, that is fine.
Garmin Support: Sounds good
Garmin Support: Anything else I can do for you today?
seilogramp: That'll do it. Thanks so much for the support!
Garmin Support: Thanks for choosing Garmin. Have a great day!
When clicking on the TCX download button in the connect webpage nothing happens. Also no action when clicking on GPS, google earth. Does anybody else have this issue ? Few days ago all worked well...
