Corrupted Fit File 29k Bike Ride

I have a weird file that shows a ride, on my Garmin Edge 530 it shows on the display that I went 28.7km in 1:22:42. When I click on summary, it says time: 1193:02:47 and the map only has a very, very small portion of the route that I rode. When I try to use a fit file repair tool, it says the activity is only 40s long?

The file won't upload in Garmin Connect on my iPhone , even though it says upload successful.

Is there any way to recover this file?

I don't necessarily want to post the file for anyone to see, but if you can help me, please let me know and I can send it.

As mentioned, you can attach the file to a private message.
- Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
- Or upload the fit file…

Unfortunately none of the tools mentioned in the post have worked for me

As mentioned, you can attach the file to a private message.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
