accidentally deleted my account

I am already pissed enough about having managed to delete my account in error. I was trying to click on the option to get a copy of the data while multitasking a lot... ended uop clicking on the wrong s#$ button that Garrmin decided to place next to Delete account..

Yes, stupid error so please spare me with sarcasm.

I need help now.  from what I can see its irreversible. (pretty harsh)

I have all my activities synced on strava. Any chance of importing them back?

I have data on my watch back to october 7 2024. anyway to import this data into a new account?

I just cant believe that Garmin does not allow a customer to change their mind... most companies have the option to  keep data for x days and if you login back it will cancel the whole thing.

Im pretty pissed with my error. 8 yo account - level 5 almost 6.

Please reply if you´re willing to help. Anything else is just to make the day worse.

Thanks

Yes, you can export them from Strava, and import in bulk to Garmin Connect at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data

When you add the device to the new account, activities will be imported automatically. I recommend doing it over the USB cable with Garmin Express. Should it not work for some reason, you can always import the activities manually.

Daily data like steps, floors, Calories, HR, sleep, and other metrics are not kept on the watch, so you cannot restore the lost data in this way.
