More data fields needed for Shoes

I agree, I would like a field that would track the mileage on a specific pair of shoes along with weather and the rest of my long runs transferred. I have high hopes.

Ditto. This is the only missing feature keeping from using this as my primary online training tool. :(

Or/and different bikes...!

I am chiming in on this one too, please let us have an equipment tab or section that keeps track of mileage for equipment, bikes and shoes and whatever else.

RunSaturday has all this now for web based logging.
SportTracks for logging info on your PC (not Macs unless running virtualisation app)

Wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Garmin to add this.

I'd also really love to have that feature.. ideally a list of equiment that can be edited separately and assigned for each activity. Very important if you own a few pairs of shoes!

I too need an equipment field. To satisfy a number of different requirements easily, Garmin could add a number of customizable fields (5-10) that could be filtered on reports. With a little imagination, a user could use this for the weather, also. For example, Field (1) could be named "<50" for activities completed when it's less than 50 degrees outside. Another field could be named "Mizuno" or "with dog." I hope they see the benefit to this. I really would rather use Garmin Connect rather than going to a different software.

Need Equipment field!

I agree with everyone here. An additional field for "Equipment" should be added. Make it customizable so that we can add what ever we want. Also Make it an option in the reports page.

I wish we had that too as I've 2 bikes and 3 pairs of shoes. Managing the mileage on the shoes will be a crucial addon!
