Connect+ unable to cancel

Why my cancel subscription button does nothing?
I've signed for the trial and wanted to end it immediately so not to forget, but when i click on the link in the connect app, that direct to web version, and then i try to cancel, the button there does not work at all. Garmin please either fix that or cancel the sub for me.

    You have the right of withdrawal for the first 14 days. This starts immediately after the contract was done. 

    Also, there is legislation that digital products have to be as easy to end as they are to start. But i wont google the directive for that also.

  • I'm aware of the directive but you claimed "in direct violation of EU regulations" and I can't find in the regulation that it is in direct violation. It might be in indirect violation somehow, but that is not how laws and regulations work.

    But as I wrote in another post: It is probably a bug or some other technical reason that made it fail. Just report it to Garmin Support.
