Oregon 700 won't sync with Strava while my Vivoactive 4 will synch with Strava

Hi, I'm puzzled. I record my activities on both my Oregon 700 and on my Vivoactive 4. Same ride; Vivoactive syncs nicely, Oregon doesn't. Both activities are shown in Garmin Connect. As the Vivoactive is syncing I assume the connection between Garmin Connect and Strava is correct and operational. What could be the reason the Oregon data synced to Garmin Connect is not picked up automatically by Strava?

Under which type of activity are the the activities from Oregon saved in Garmin Connect? Can the activity be imported into Strava manually, or does it fail too?

Both cycling and when I export the activity from the Oregon to a GPX file I'm able to upload in Strava without any issue.

Are you trying to sync two activities recorded at the same time?

Try disabling BT on your Vivoactive at the end of your next ride, and before it syncs. See if the Oregon data will then sync to Strava.

This morning only used the Oregon but after saving the activity on the device and the sync to Garmin connect no sync to Strava.

I do sync the Oregon via a direct wifi while I sync the Vivoactive via the Garmin connect app on my phone.

It should not matter, but I would test disabling wifi and syncing over BT instead, to see whether it makes any difference.
