Blank Home page

My home page has been blank for several days now. It looks like it tries to load information and then goes white. I have visible information on the other pages. The home page is blank. This is been for several weeks. I have never liked the new home page but that is another issue. It would be nice if it would at least display some information.I have been using Garmin connect for many many years with multiple devices.

Have you tried other browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)?
Can you try reloading the page using Control + Shift + R, which is commonly used to reload a webpage while bypassing cached content.
Can you try opening the site in incognito mode or InPrivate mode? - Control + Shift + N on Edge/Chrome or Control + Shift + P on Firefox.

The menu is there but the screen is blank after attempting to flash data on it.

I have tried another computer running firefox and another using chrome. Both have the same behavior

I have tried control shirt r with the same results

I tried using in cognito mode with same results.

Thanks for your help.

Also it does seem to show the data on the android app.

Can you test using your phone while not on wi-fi using the phone's browser rather than the app to get to Garmin Connect. Then test again using Wi-Fi.

If that works on your phone, it could be an issue with DNS records being used by your ISP. You could try rebooting your modem/router and/or open a command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns.

Good thought but it behaves exactly the same way.

I have Wifi off and loading the connect webserver. I also used desktop site and it behaves the same.

Are you saying that with Wi-Fi off your phone is able to connect to Garmin Connect Web desktop site and with Wi-Fi enabled you cannot connect to Garmin Connect Web desktop site?

Did you restart your router and modem? Try ipconfig /flushdns. Change your primary and secondary DNS in your router or on your computer. Personally, I use 4.2.2.4 and 8.8.4.4 rather than my ISP's DNS servers.

An update. I am back at my home, on my wifi. For whatever reason, it has started working again.No reason that it didn't work or started working again that makes sense to me.

Just bumping this as mine is doing the same now. I can access all the pages from the side menu but the home screen is blank. Tried different browsers etc all the usually things to try and get it to work but to no avail.
