Unable to logon to Garmin Connect but the rest of Garmis site is OK?

HI,
I have emailed support about this, because as you can clearly see I can logon on to the forums and the rest of Garmin's site with my account "o panama o" but when I try to logon to Garmin connect I get a message about an invalid character in my logon name?

I have, via the link, requested my id and password email to me which I have copied and pasted from, but still get the same error :mad:

Can anyone help please?

So the support from Garmin via their forums is to the same level as via their email support - none existent :mad:

Shame another great product let down by the lack of customer support!

mygarmin doesn't allow spaces to be in their user names any longer. garmin connect depends on that requirment.
people are looking into your problem and half been since you posted it.
