Cannot upload course in Connect

The thread has been locked however the problem is still no solved.

I cannot download from Garminconnect web the courses nor as tcx neither as gpx file.

Thus what is Garmin solution plan for this issue?

    I think the other thread was about uploading courses, while your issue seems to be about downloading courses (or activities?) as GPX/TCX. I feel like you mean "activities" since you can't download Garmin courses as TCX, as far as I know.

    Not being able to download large GPX/TCX files is a known issue and I don't think it's been fixed. You can try the workaround of downloading the course/activity as a FIT file and using a 3rd party site to convert it to GPX/TCX:

    Well, to be clear I was talking to fabiofont, not you (all due respect). I replied directly to the original post by fabiofont and I quoted fabiofont.

    So in no way was I trying to argue with you or contradict you.

    However, just because it worked for you, doesn't mean it works for everyone else.

    So to be absolutely clear, if fabiofont is indeed having problems downloading activities (or courses) as GPX/TCX, I think it might be the same problem that others have reported: Connect will not allow users to download a GPX/TCX file that is too large. And if this is in fact the case, my suggestion is to download the FIT file (which seems to work for everyone) and use a 3rd party site to convert it to GPX or TCX.

    So to be clear, I think it's possible for the following 2 statements to be true: downloading (certain) activities (or courses) as GPX/TCX works for you (bluefish) and downloading (certain) activities (or courses) as GPX/TCX may not work for others. To be absolutely clear: I am suggesting that your GPX/TCX files are small enough that you don't encounter the bug, while the GPX/TCX files of others are large enough that they do encounter the bug. Or perhaps there are other factors at play here - I can't be sure. I was only trying to help, but maybe that was a mistake.

    The fact that I was trying to help fabiofont with their problem doesn't mean I was trying to invalidate your statement or argue with you (bluefish). I didn't even mention your statement at all.

    This is an open forum. That is why I have spoken in general terms. I don't understand how you came to the conclusion that I was only talking to you. Whatever. I posted the link to the locked thread ( which the OP was referring to in the title ). From that thread, it appears that the problem discussed there (which the OP was referring to - UPload) has apparently been fixed.
