I have software 3.22B installed on my Oregon. Yesterday, I stored a digital route of just over 5nms on GPSr. On selecting the route in 'Where to', the map scale defaulted to 500nm and I had a track distance of 1800+nms to a waypoint somewhere in Africa. Once established on the route, the GPSr worked normally. I have checked my mapping software waypoints and the route is as I constructed it with no erroneous waypoints. I am baffled. Any thoughts?
