Getting 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.' in Garmin Connect Web setting after installing new watch.

I am getting 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.' in Garmin Connect Web in all devices and setting (/modern/settings/) after installing new device (Tactix 7 AMOLED). Does anybody else have this issue? Can this be related to the addition of the new device? What can I do to get access again to the device pages and settings pages?

Can you access any of the following Settings subpages?:

If not, try the following

Reload the page (F5)
Force-reload the page (Shift-F5 or Ctrl-F5)
Clear browser's cache (temporary Internet files)
Open the page in the Incognito / Anonymous / InPrivate mode (right-click the link and select the mode in the context menu)
Try a different browser
Try an alternative internet connection
Use the phone app instead, in the time being while waiting it resolves later
Reach out to the Support

Thanks so much for your prompt reply. It's working again. Not sure what happened, maybe a temporary general issue.
