I bought a 310XT a week ago. Worked fine, then quit uploading. I did the trouble shooting steps in the owner's manual. Nothing. Then emailed support. Got a simple, easy to follow answer. Still nothing. Called, reviewed what I'd done, They hooked me up with a software support guy named Scott who accessed my computer and walked me through the steps. We basically started over, redid everything and it works! Very competent helpers, always concerned, helpful, never on hold long. I can't ask for more than that.
