I contacted Nike support today and tried the usual with them, remove/add App, check sync connection enabled between Apps, clear cache, etc. Nike support have opened a support ticket for me to look into…
Has anyone contacted Garmin Support and/or Nike Run Club directly to report the issue?

Syncing is working again after my run this morning
it finally worked today, all missed ones are synced now
