I contacted Nike support today and tried the usual with them, remove/add App, check sync connection enabled between Apps, clear cache, etc. Nike support have opened a support ticket for me to look into…
Has anyone contacted Garmin Support and/or Nike Run Club directly to report the issue?

Same issue for me. Really annoying cos ive worked hard to get back to my 5 year best times and now the Nike app thinks I'm a bum and not running.

Same issue - have tried logging in and out, reconnecting, app upgrades, but still no run transfer????
I bought a Forerunner 165 music recently. Friday 14th March I made my first run. Sync OK. Today 17th March I made my second run, Sync....NOTHING...Any ideas? As far as I read out over there this is a recursive issue since at least four years ago..Anyone found the root cause of this issue and its resolution? Thanks
Yeh it's a joke. Tried everything. It even made me download the UTC Nike app today and nothing. Done the usual install uninstall etc but nothing
