Garmin nüvi 1300 does not work in Brazil?

Hello, I live in Brazil and bought a Garmin nüvi 1300 in the U.S. to bring to Brazil.

But when I come here do not have the GPS maps of Brazil, did the updates to the site but also did not show the maps of Brazil.

There are no maps of Brazil for Garmin nüvi 1300??

Since you purchased your nüvi 1300 in the USA, it will have come preloaded with City Navigator® NT street maps for the continental U.S., Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

In order to use your nüvi 1300 in Brazil, you'll need a copy of City Navigator Brazil NT which you can purchase here -

It's available as a download, on a Micro SD card or as a CD-ROM, all at $99.99 USD.
