Training plan: how to reschedule a workout in the current week.

Sometime, for personal convenience I would like to reschedule a session from one day to another.  Calendar tool doesn't autorise that using drag & drop (Edge / Chrome or android).

Please note that the same if the session was already passed or not. YOU CANNOT ORDER WORKOUT AS YOU PREFER !!! Make Garmin coach unusable !

It's a real problem if the tool cannot grant minimum of flexibility. I'm not a pro and I have some challenge outside sport !

  • Rescheduling with the new adaptive plans is no more needed and no more supported - when you skip a workout, or do another one instead, the plan will adapt and generate future workouts accordingly.

    It's not my point. I'm not talking about skipped workout. And I understand that AI is able to take in account the change on workouts the week W+1

    I'll reformulate.

    When the plan is published at the beggining of the week I would like to adjust the workouts days according to my agenda. This is no more possible. Why?

  • You can do whatever you want, and the plan will adapt. For example if you want to make Friday's workout on Wednesday, just select it, and do it. No rescheduling needed. Workouts you already missed, cannot be executed, but for example if you know you missed a long run yesterday, and want to do it today, just do it (without starting any workout).
