ZUMO 550 touchscreen

My Zumo 550 is not responding to the touchscreen.

Even when in calibration mode, touching the screen has zero effect.

Has anyone else had this problem? Can it be solved?

first take a thin card and make sure there is nothing stuck under the edges sometime that will do it

Garmin nuvi 660 touschrren is non-responsive

I have tried cleaning, resetting, charging the battery, praying, etc. but the touchscreen will absolutely not respond. Any advice?
