I biked with my Forerunner 405 and with oregon 400T same ride. total up elevation gain as shows up in the MB data is 3,500m (from the oregon) and on the GC (from the 405) is 1,500m . of course the 1,500m is the right data...
how should I fix it and get the right data from the oregon (I cannot upload from the oregon to GC..)

You have to edit your Oregon 400T gpx tracklog. It seems you didn't reset Oregon 400T just before the trip and some history increased the elevation gain. Editing function is available in Garmin MapSource and very simple function - point by point only is available in TCX Converter. With the last one you can arrange tcx file and export your Oregon 400T data to GC. I am not sure for Oregon 400T, my unit is Oregon 550, so HR and cadence can be exported too. The rest should be the same.

    Regards.
