Does anyone know why the option to activate/deactivate turn-by-turn notifications no longer appears when designing bicycle routes?
Before it did appear, and I don't understand why now it only appears on running routes, hiking routes, etc.

In my experience, it was never present for cycling courses.
I asked Garmin once why it is like this. This was the response (which doesn't really make a lot oft sense):
Hello Matthias,
I can confirm the Turn Notification Toggle is missing from Cycling Courses by design. This is because turn notifications are included by default with Cycling courses. So no need to enable this manually. The reason behind this, is to reduce the number of things you would need to adjust manually while cycling, for safety.

Thanks for the reply, but I've always had the option: a slider to turn on or off turn-by-turn notifications.
I understand Garmin less and less.
Maybe it is dependent on the device that is paired to Garmin Connect. I had a Fenix 6x and have now a 7x and I never had the toggle for cycling. Maybe it was available for bike computers?
It can't be, because on the web when designing the route you don't choose the device until the end.
I have an Edge 130+, Fenix 6 and Epix pro, and that option was always there.
