Garmin Connect not sending heart rate zones to device

you actually have not saved your weight. there is no weight data stored for you. i added weight data for you and now it can be sent. you can change your weight if it is incorrect.

Thank you, but actually I have saved my weight on many occasions. And if I click on the "Health" tab it does come up. Strangely however every time I entered it here in settings, it seemed to "forget", let me give it another go.

OK tried it and it now works. There must have been a gremilin in the system at the time as I did it exactly as I had before.

when i logged into your account, you had no weight data saved to your user profile. i added a weight of 77.0 kg so that i could sent it to the device. the first time i edited your weight, it saved.
that was your error. it is now resolved.

Actually it is happening again. And I am quite sure I am not at fault...

Please go through the attached screen shots. Pay particular attention to the time and date in the top right hand corner, so you can see that I am doing everything correctly and in the correct sequence. I have 15 screenshots but I believe I am limited to uploading just two, so I will upload the most telling...

Incidentally, my weight had been added prior to this exercise as well in the "health" section.

that is peculiar sjstraw. we've redesigned the personal information page and we will be releasing that some time in the future, which will hopefully alleviate some of what you're experiencing. unfortunately, i cannot reproduce your problem, because when i try to send your user profile to my device it works fine :-\
have you successfully been able to send your user profile to your device yet? if not, pm me and we'll figure something out to solve your problem in the short time.

Not the only one. I went through this frustrating exercise. Ended up coming back to it a couple of hours later and it worked.

Bit of a pain, because unless I've missed something, this is the only way to send that information to the 310.

Me too.

I enter my weight, then I click on another tab, then come back to the page with my weight, and it's disappeared. My birthdate and gender seem to stick.
