map will not show

Just picked up a 405 cx did my first run with it transferred data to connect.garmin with the correct Ant agent 2.1.3 ( btw data shows up in GTC exellent) but in safari (with Leopard) with the correct plug-in map will not show. Page keep telling me just a moment while we load your data. Any ideas, solutions?

i'm actually not able to reproduce. i suspect you're having a problem with flash. try clicking the other tabs in the chart section and make sure flash is up to date

thanks for the support flash up to date flip4mac up to date correct plug in. Tried on a windows machine works ??? strange.. not? same result in firefox on mac website comes back with forbidden?? Any ideas?:confused:

Problem solved maybe solution comes in handy for people who are behind a firewall. When safari or firefox comes back with forbidden when you ask for the map there might be a setting in your firewall that blocks the request. Anyway problem solved!!
