  • Any tutorials or how to fix

No official tutorials from Garmin as mentioned here - The File Recorded by the Garmin Device Has Become Corrupted

NOTE: There are several third-party fit file correction programs on the web that may help to correct a corrupted file. However, there is no 100% guarantee that this will correct the file. Garmin does not provide any programs for correcting corrupted fit files, but you can search the web using the search terms “fit file fixer” or “fix fit file”. Please be advised that the use of any third-party tool is at your own risk.

    As for 3rd party apps:

    • Fit File Repair Tool: Has the ability to fix most corrupt files. Additionally, it provides many options for manipulating and analyzing data. It runs on a Microsoft Access database, which requires a Windows operating system and a paid license in order to export a repaired file.
    • FIT File Tools: Works on either Windows or MacOS, as it runs in the browser and does not require additional software. In many cases it's just a matter of running the file through the section remover.
    • FIT File Viewer: Runs in the browser and is able to fix files in a lot of cases. Developed by forum member HarryOnline.
    • FitEdit: Has free optons that will work in most cases. Developed by forum member Doug.

There are some others that I've tried with limited success, such as, ActivityFix and GOTOES.
