Help: Cannot Pause Garmin Coach Workout Plan

Hi everyone,

I understand that it should be possible to pause Garmin Coach workout plans, but I’m not seeing an option to do so on my watch or in Garmin Connect.

Could any developers or experienced users share how to make this work? I'd like to pause my plan for two weeks since I won’t have access to a gym during that time.

Hi, did you find a solution to this? I’ve also encountered this today, away on holiday this week with no access to regular gym equipment so was looking to pause the plan for a week but have no option to do some through the connect app.
