Nüvi 1340 shuts off while driving

Hello

My name is Tom and bought a nüvi 1340 a week ago.
But when i driving with my GPS its just shut down after some kilometers.
It also shut down when i'm simulating the route. I didnt install any firmware so the software is original.
If anyone can help me, it would be appreciated.

Same here. Brand new device. Original firmware and maps, no extras. Sometimes it just crashes/restarts itself. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it, but it's incredibly annoying and too frequent to be a tolerable glitch. I'll contact support and see what they say. I was hoping to find a firmware upgrade on the support site, but it doesn't look like there is one yet :(
