Strength workout - list of exercises available part 2

Hi All, 

This is basically the same request as the topic that was discussed 6-4 years ago about a list or a database of all the Garmin Exercises with the relevant descriptions and images. 
The topic was discussed here:

In it, @CM created a Google Docs spreadsheet located here, which was really useful but by now is quite incomplete. 

I do not know where he got the information from, but it would be great if someone could create something similar or if @CM is still around if you could update the spreadsheet, it would be great. 

Obviously, the best would be if Garmin had a native Database page with all the exercises, but that is not a thing as far as I am aware, but am happy to be proven wrong :)

  • I managed to extract this list form the Garmin web site . I m pretty sure you can then get descprition an image using Chat gpt Slight smile
