As per topic.
I know that I can copy workouts to Workouts folder on the Watch, but curious if using Garmin Share would import this to Connect?
In another words, how receiving watch would know that such Workout from Workout folder is not created in Connect but just copied.
I simply do not have access to another watch to test it.
Maybe someone did such test.
