Cannot transfer data to Garming Connect

New 310XT user. A USB ANT received the data from my 310XT and I could download it to the software Training Center on my PC, but I could not upload data to the Garmin Connect. When I clicked on "Upload new activities", it moved to the uploading page but it did not upload the data. I waited for a couple of minutes, but nothing happened. There weren't any instruction nor error message.
I tried "Manual upload. It looked like it keeps my activity time history but when I clicked on "Upload selected activities", the word "failed" appeared on the status column of the access time history. Then I clicked on that "failed", an error message "Internal Server Error" came out in red. It just did not tell me what I could do to solve the problem. I could not find an answer on FAQ.

What I should do to upload my data to the Garmin Connect?

    .. the same problem with 310xt.

    Moreover the activity date in my watch is constantly '1.1.2007'..

    Fortunately I still have got a few days to get my money back. I'm afraid I'll have to do that :(

    Having the same problem. I have a 405, ANT agent ver 2.2.7. Cannot manually upload either. I can see the run in training centre.

    Same deal

    I guess another way to put it would be, is there a way to sync ALL activity between Garmin Connect and Training Center?

    I have a 405 and would like my manually entered treadmill runs to make it from Connect to TC.

    First time post here. Do they ever answer?

    I'm having the same problem with my 405cx everyone ... trying to upload a workout from today.. I did 10k and im like uh...why its not uploading (spent 45min tryin and retrying)

    It wont upload to Garmin Training Center OR Garmin Connect.... its frustrating, but you can't do much about it.

    Hopefully it gets fixed tomorrow. Or soon.

    I'm up-to-date on everything.

    I'm having the same problem. Run from Saturday keeps coming up with that error. Run from this morning went up ok. Any way to speed things up?
