New 310XT user. A USB ANT received the data from my 310XT and I could download it to the software Training Center on my PC, but I could not upload data to the Garmin Connect. When I clicked on "Upload new activities", it moved to the uploading page but it did not upload the data. I waited for a couple of minutes, but nothing happened. There weren't any instruction nor error message.
I tried "Manual upload. It looked like it keeps my activity time history but when I clicked on "Upload selected activities", the word "failed" appeared on the status column of the access time history. Then I clicked on that "failed", an error message "Internal Server Error" came out in red. It just did not tell me what I could do to solve the problem. I could not find an answer on FAQ.
What I should do to upload my data to the Garmin Connect?
