Strava activities are not syncing with garmin connect

I am having trouble syncing the activities from Strava to Garmin Connect. I checked all the setting and I believe everything is set properly, but I not able to see the activities in my Garmin connect

    It works only in one direction - GC to Strava. Preferably record all your activities with your Garmin watch, and if you exceptionally need to transfer a Strava activity to Garmin, you have to import it to Garmin Connect manually. However, be aware that imported activities do not impact metrics like Training Status, LTHR, VO₂max, etc.,. I really recommend using your Garmin device for everything. Also please note, that imported activities do not count toward Challenges and Badges (if you are into them).

    Based on your knowledge. what file extension provides most data details .fit, .gpx or .tcx?
