Distorted Activities Page

I can not use some of the functions on my "Activities" page as the "more actions", "manual entry" options are distorted. I have tried three different computers which still show the screen like this.

I have added attachment to illustrate.

Any ideas??

Maybe you should try a different browser instead of different computers? There are plenty out there for free.

My listing doesn't look distorted with Safari on Mac.

What browser and OS are you using? Have you tried to delete your browser cache to see if it might improve?

this problem is definitely caused from a cached javascript and css file. here are some steps for how to clear your cache. http://kb.iu.edu/data/ahic.html
after you do so, please restart your browser and return to the page.
