Can no longer download gpx files on Garmin Connect web site

Dear All,

I can no longer download gpx files from the Garmin Connect website. Nothing happens when I click "export to gpx"

I am using MS Edge but Firefox also does not work.

Has any one any ideas to why this is happening?

Works for me in Chrome, Firefox and Edge in Windows.

Does this happen for all activities? Are you able to download other file types - e.g. "Export File" (which exports the original, usually FIT) or "Export TCX"?

Is it possible that an adblocker is blocking your download? How about popups / downloads blocked by the browser itself? Yeah, I realize both of those possibilities are highly unlikely, especially on multiple browsers.

Have you tried InPrivate / Private Browsing mode?
