More activity graph data possible?

The one thing I miss from MotionBased was the handy graphs for each activity - for example for speed you could see overall max/average, plus max/average for ascent, descent and flat parts of a ride. Unless there is a way to run such reports from TC, or perform a true export to excel to create my own graphs.

Any info or tips welcomed - thanks!

What about a simple bar graph that shows the days of the month on the X axis, with the mileage for each day on the Y axis? Or a graph that shows each month on the X axis with the total mileage on the Y axis?

I'm interested in seeing how my mileage increases over time, whether it be on individual runs or on totals (weekly, monthly, yearly).

    Any ideas on this?

I just posted a thread requesting exactly this and showing a sample chart from RunnersWorld (you can also get that same chart from RunningAhead, MapMyRun, Run Saturday, and almost EVERYWHERE that provides training logs).

Is is very conspicuous by its absence here on GarminConnect.

I even have this in a simple Excel spreadsheet. Garmin really should have this, including for average paces.

    Agreed

More trend analysis on reports (or capability to download training log to Excel so I can do my own). Would love to see a pace/heart rate trend analysis to see how I'm improving over time (i.e. increased pace at similar average heart rate or lower average heart rate at similar pace, etc). It would be great to see fitness progress versus just basic mileage progress.
