elevation smoothing

Is it me or does anyone else notice that elevation smoothing seems to not be as crisp as Motionbased?

GC does not currently use the same method of corrections. Look for a future update to correct this.

I know it's being worked on, but don't know a release date.

In the meantime, I run my elevation crucial activities through TCX Converter so I'm at least comparing apples to apples. (Comparison is usually what I want the elevation for.)

I found that TCX Converter gave the same gpx file gain as Gypsies. You will still have to run those converted gpx files thru MotionBased if you want the gain smoothed and corrected.
