depuis quelques jour lors que j'exporte mes activité en gpx, le fichier généré est quasi vide   avec le nom activity_o,   ce fichier est inexploitable. même chose avec tcx et fit

    Could you post a link to one of such activities?

    Open the activity in Garmin Connect Web, make it visible to Everyone (see the padlock icon in the top right corner of the page), and post here the URL from the address line of the browser.

    I was able to export the GPX track without problems, although I had to save it as Course, and then export the course, since everyone can export directly only their own activities. There does not seem to be any problem with the activity. I recommend restarting the browser, clearing the cache, or testing another browser.

    hi, thank a lot for your anwser but i  have always same trouble.

    i use  google chrome, i have tested another browser  ( edge) , it' s the same thing, the  generated file  is ko

    I restarsted my computer , same thing.

    Note that some time it's work, i have tested another activity  , it's ok,  so i don't understand

    You can also try opening the website in browser's Incognito Mode. And if you have the possibility, try an alternative internet connection. Or try exporting the activity from GC web on a browser on your phone. In some cases, the access to some of Garmin's subservices may be blocked by CloudFlare (kind of a security firewall Garmin uses).

     what is Incognito mode ?  if  i put the shared URL in the brower,  It's mandatory to sign  in with a user. So I try  to sign  with another user  account ,  but  in this case i don't have possibility to export file in GPX  ( there is no option to do this , as  it's not , i think  his own activity).

    So from my user account, I export File in native  Format (fit). I connect  after with  the another user account and import the file, the file is sucessfuly imported  but when i Try to export the file in gpx   ( or csv, tcx) , i have same trouble, the file is  generated with activity_0 name and contains  only header  informations.

    I tried also with phone , i forced garmin connect in " Computer version" and export file file, same trouble.

    I don't understand, It's seems linked to this activity or some activities, as i explained i have trouble since this week for  some activities   but for others  it's work.

    Right-click a link and select "Open link in Incognito window" (in Chrome) or "Open link InPrivate window" (Edge). Other browsers have the same or a similar mode too.

    Right, you have to sign in with your own credentials.

    And did you try using the FIT files directly from your watch, without importing them from Garmin Connect? They are in the folder //GARMIN/Activity/. You have to connect the watch over the USB cable to a PC (or to a Mac supporting MTP).

    I tried in incognito mode  ( i knew  only private window term), same trouble

    I have retried  "import file"  in new account ,by used as suggested file found directly in my watch directory, same trouble, always a generated activity_0 file with only header informations

    Could you post the zipped fit file, taken from the watch, here? Please use the Insert Video/Image/File » Upload function for that. If possible upload the file of the same activity as the link you posted previously here.
