Better use of maps

- Greater use of the maps API - like showing the lapmarkers, changing the colour of the line depending on the average speed or HR, changing the colour of the line by HR zone etc.

- Default the Explore map to the last place I was, not San Francisco. it means that the explore window takes twice as long to load every time.
