Hi! Due to the error displaying the TSS / IF value report for a dozen or so years (!), I will only quote the content of a post from an unresolved and blocked conversation from a few years ago. Please correct the error reported many times before:
Two rides today:
one at 0.55 IF and 5.5 TSS (11 minutes duration)
one at 0.93 IF and 61.6 TSS (43 minutes duration)
These values are as shown in the individual activities.
On the TSS/IF report page Garmin connect is showing the day's IF and TSS as 0.74 and 34 (the values for the two activities are simply being added and divided by 2 (the number of activities)).
This means the values presented in the report are no longer actually the day's IF and TSS values. As it is, this makes this report page valueless for training purposes if more than a single activity is done in a day.
The IF values should be averaged over the number of minutes = 0.85
The TSS value is cumulative, the two values should be added = 67.1
Garmin, why have you still not fixed this?
