Import Old Weight Data

I've downloaded historical weight data from MyFitnessPal and formatted the CSV with "Body" at the top and each row reflected the date and then my weight. I'm able to successfully import the data but I can't see what I've supposedly uploaded anywhere. Any ideas?

If you see no data at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/weight/2025-01-12/0 then I would double-check the date format. If you did not select identical data format during the import, the data may have landed under a different month.

Thanks for the help. My .csv file looks like the below and I'm selecting the YYYY-MM-DD date format and lbs for the weight units upon import. It says the import is successful but I'm at a loss.

This is how the file should look like:

Body
Date,Weight,BMI,Fat
"2022-11-03","71.6","22.6","14.4"

There can be multiple lines of data, but the first 2 header lines appear just once. Use a plain-text editor such as Notepad for creating the file. Do not use any rich-text editors like Word or Wordpad. And avoid Excel.
