Good day,
my current running coal is to run 2,4 km in 9:30. I have initiated a Garmin coach plan for a 5k in 22 min as it is the closest timing and distance available of the Garmin coach plans but this plan does not even come close to my goal.
Therefore, i created and placed in the calendar a custom event( Event type = Race. Distance =2,4 km. Goal time = 9:30. Goal pace = 3:55(approx.)) in order to get workout suggestions from the Garmin connect app that fit my future achievement better.
This event is now in the calendar on the Garmin connect app as a primary event.
SO, in order to get workout suggestions on my Fenix 6 pro solar, i need to send this event to my watch. The issue starts here, when i click on "send to device", my watch shows up in the "not compatible' section. Is this normal?
Here are a list of the things i tried:
Cancel and recreate custom event,
Disconnect my watch from the app and reconnect,
Soft reset,
Hard reset,
full battery,
updated iPhone
and watch,
connected watch to computer,
deleted and re installed app
none of these solved the issue.
How do i get workout suggestions if i cannot send the event to my watch?
Please advise
