saved courses disappearing

I've uploaded a number of gpx files and they appear as normal until I move from Training & Planning / Courses to view my Activities. I then go back to Training & Planning / Courses / My Courses to find they have all disappeared and furthermore no courses can be found near me, with map making out I'm in USA whereas I'm in UK! I'm still logged into my account and I'm not using a VPN. This has happened several times, last time I looged out and back in again to find my courses restored. What is wrong?

Happened to me too yesterday, but today all the courses are there as expected. Try to enter a keyword you know some of your courses contain, into the search box, on the Courses page. That worked for me.

My Courses don't show if the map on screen doesn't cover the area they are in. What happens if you scroll the map across to the UK? Do they all appear?

I had it happen this morning. Out of frustration I "reset the filters" and everything came back.

I tried searching on keywords in names of courses but that didn't work. Happened today a few times, only way I found to reinstate them was to log out and back in again.

Thanks, interesting suggestion, I'll try scrolling map next time it happens and post again if it worked.

I tried that but whatever I did to the filters didn't work for me, only logging out and back in again did the trick, but that's a bit of a pain.

I simply refresh browser with F5 or CTRL+F5

It helps for the moment, until I change view to eg Workouts.

You can simulate the same experience by scrolling away from the area your Courses are in. If you've covered a large area with Courses it's a good way of filtering only those in the area displayed on the map.
