Activity Won't Upload

Hi. My activity is showing on my watch however when syncing on the Garmin Connect app on my phone it is not coming through.

I have tried to upload the FIT file manually by connecting the watch to my laptop, however I just get the message 'We don't support the file type you tried to import.', despite it being a FIT file.

I have tried to use a FIT fix tool but I just get error messages.

This will work, but there are some large gaps - [solved]

Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool

Suggest syncing your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device using these directions -
