Something Wacky With Garmin Connect Web Suddenly

Since a few days ago, My Epix Pro 51mm on 19.41 firmware does no show as synced with Garmin Connect Web since two weeks ago (12/15). It shows a hike I did last week (12/24), however, so something had to have synced. My GC app on my iPhone shows synced today with my activity shown that I did today. What's up with the Garmin Connect Web interface? Never had this issue with prior firmware. Bluetooth, WIFI, and all that stuff is fine.

Moved thread to Garmin Connect Web forum.

It sounds like you may have logged in to Garmin Connect Web and/or Garmin Express with a different account than used for Garmin Connect Mobile app.

It sounds like you may have logged in to Garmin Connect Web and/or Garmin Express with a different account than used for Garmin Connect Mobile app.

You can check which email is associated with your Garmin Connect app here - Can I Verify What Email I am Using for the Garmin Connect App? | Garmin Connect App?

Then check if this matches what you're using to login to Garmin Connect Web here - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation
