I finished a long run and just before I could save my workout my watch died. Upon charging and opening and I selected "Save" but the workout never showed up in my connect app despite showing as 'last workout' on the watch. After lots of googling, it seems like the FIT file has been corrupted because of this interruption. I have managed to get the file and try and upload manually to garmin connect on my computer to further failure.
Does anyone know if it's possible or how the file can be repaired?
