Fixing a Corrupted FIT File

The running activity I performed today appears on the watch, but its details cannot be displayed. Additionally, the activity did not sync with the Connect app.
How can I fix the attached file?

Report the issue to Garmin Support directly then wait for them to fix the recurring issue.

Some possible workarounds here - Fenix 7 ultra run - reboots when saving creating corrupt fit files

But I have not tested these, as I have yet to experience this issue on my own epix (Gen 2)
