Many people want to know how to find the total miles on their device.
If you download the Earth Mate app and log in using your Garmin or Explore _ User and password, you will have a tracking icon button in the bottom middle of the app user screen.
It looks like a compass. Click it, and it shows a map at the top of the window and options for Last Tracked Details and Total Traked Details at the bottom of the map.
