I want to view my activity charts and when I click the icon it says I need to install Adobe Flash. I downloaded flash, but when I click to view my activity charts again, it says I need to download flash again. Why? I looked in control panel->programs and see that Adobe Flash is installed. Is there something I'm supposed to do w/in the Garmin software to help it recognize Flash or maybe I need to change a setting in the browser (IE)?
Yes, that's the same thing. Can you play Adobe flashplayer from other sites, such as YouTube? If not, then suggest you remove flashplayer, then reinstall the latest version from here. If you are only having the problem on Garmin Connect, the next step would be to check your security settngs, add Garmin to IE's trusted sites.
Flash works in another program; I deleted flash and reinstalled from your link, but same results. Then I added garmin.com as trusted site; same result.
