Garmin Connect Tacx Training App - Create Workout

In the past, it was possible to create personlized workouts with the Garmin Tacx Training Desktop App. However, it seems like this does not exist anymore. So it is not possible to create personlized Tacx trainings anymore, where I can enter for how many minutes I do want to cycle at a specific Watt number, etc. Does anyone know whether Garmin just gave up on this important feature or whether there is another opportunity to still create detailed Tacx Training Workouts?
