create a comprehensive report

I recently switched from a Fitbit Versa 3 to the Forerunner 265. With Fitbit I could print a comprehensive health report but I'm not able to find anything but individual reports on connect.garmin.com Am I missing a comprehensive report? I like to bring it with me to my doctors visits.

What data do you want to have in that report?

There is the Health Snapshot, but with pretty limited data and just for the 2 minutes it logs.

Test whether the weekly or monthly Wellness or Fitness Reports by email would meet your needs. You can enable them here: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/messages

If not, have a look at the Reports section of Garmin Connect web - you can either export the data in CSV data format, or save as HTML page, or PDF, or print it out, if you want to show it to your doctor.
