Health Feature (Manual Input)

I enter my weight manually in the new Tab and it is recorded ok but I can only see my last entry. Much hovering over a seemingly invisible graph can bring up the date and weight but there is no visible graph although it appears that there should be as there is a weight and a timeline axis. Can anyone help please?

I assume you are referring to the "manual input" box under the "health" tab,
and that you clicked on All days, in the time period.
"Time Period: 7 Days 30 Days All Days"

On my end, I just entered a new weight, and the graph is fine:
    I am using firefox 3.0.13
    WINDOWS-XP SP3

Can you share what is your setup ? (MAC/PC/OS/browser)

PS: the time scale when in "All Days" (X AXIS) is broken, but the rest of the graph is fine
    X axis labels:01/01 01/07 01/01 01/07 01/01 01/07 01/01 01/07.
But putting the mouse pointer over any point in the graph report the right date/weight.
my 25 entries are from 2005 until today....

    a) CORRECT
    b) I am using Explorer 8.0.6001
    WINDOWS-XP SP3

PS:The X AXIS is perfectly fine in 7 Days, 30 Days and All days view.

By putting the mouse pointer over any point in the graph I get nothing. I have input few entries (six or seven).

    I appreciate your interest.

    Giacov,

I tried IE7 and it is still fine in my case.
Unfortunately, other than ask you to clear you cache & try again,
I cannnot go any further to try to help you.

hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me will be able to help you further.
Something that also could be helpful, is if you would put a screen capture in this thread.

at this point, it looks like a situation where contacting support is the right thing to do.

    jollycity,
i'm currently logged into your account and i see a line graph with 9 data points on it in ie7. perhaps you can attach a screen shot so i can better understand your problem.

    giacov,

  • As you can see, there is no graph regardless of time period selected
  • Jollycity, worth trying a possibly simple solution. See the 'broken page" button just to the right of your address field in the top toolbar of IE? That button toggles on compatibility view for webpages that might be having some issues displaying properly in the most recent version of IE. Try clicking on that to toggle on compatibility view and see if that might clear things up...?
