Motion Based offered an export function that made it possible to export running totals (duration, average speed, average heartbeat, average pace etc.) of multiple activities to MS Excel. Garmin Connect seems to lack this option, which would be very dissapointing since I used to export these data to MS Excel for further analyses and graphs. Am I right that there is no such export function anymore? Or do I fail to see it?
Well in the reportfacilities within GC on the righthand above you'll find a export to .csv for excel. Also a printable view is available.:)
Thank you for your reply, but I'm afraid that's not what I'm looking for. The function you pointed out adds everything up for a specified number of runs. What I'm looking for is running totals per separate run that I can export in a batch of e.g 10 runs to MS Excel.
That's right! :) I want to select, say, the last 10 or 15 runs and export the totals (total distance, total running time, average speed, average heartbeat etc) for each and every run as csv to MS Excel.
I was trying for figure out how to do a bulk export of all activities in case I want to put the data in another app, but it looks like the only current way to do it is by individual activity.
If you're going to be looking at a feature request, how about more than just the summary of the workouts? I'd like to know, for example, that at 1 mile into my ride, I was at 800 feet, etc. The software keeps track of it, I'd like to be able to export to .csv columns that would show distance in relation to elevation, etc. just like the software can show. You're already tracking the data, let me output it.
There is a neat piece of downloadable software called TCX Converter, which allows you to export TCX files to *.csv. All the data from the TCX file is put into columns to allow further analysis / statistics.
